Schedule M-1 Book/Tax Differences |

Overview
In this lesson you will examine the elements that cause financial statement
net income to differ from taxable income that is reported on the tax return.
These elements (the book—tax differences) are presented on Schedule M-1
of the Form 1120. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to prepare a
Schedule M-1.
