The Schedule M-1
|
Line 1 of the Schedule M-1 begins with Net Income for book purposes
that is shown on the financial statement. From that beginning point,
all book/tax differences must be described in such a manner that a
virtual roadmap is provided to the IRS for arriving at taxable income
as described on line 10 of the Schedule M-1. |
